We had Prime Built Home Services build a new deck and remodel our bathroom, and both turned out great They walked us through the design options upfront so we knew what we were getting before work began The crew was professional, kept the job site clean, and stayed on schedule for both projects. Really happy with the results definitely would use them again!

Prime Built Home Services did a great job remodeling our kitchen. They gave us a free design consultation upfront, which helped a lot in planning everything out. Igor managed the project well from start to finish and kept things on track. Would recommend them.

Prime Built did our kitchen and bathroom remodel and honestly I could not be happier. Everyone was super professional and showed up when they said they would which is rare these days lol. They kept everything clean and walked us through every step so we always knew what was going on Our kitchen looks amazing now, the tile work in the bathroom came out great,. Great crew, Fair pricing and no surprise charges at the end which we really appreciated. Would 100 recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.

Had Prime Built replace our deck and couldn’t be happier. The old one was rotted through and honestly kind of a safety hazard at this point. Their crew tore it out and built the new one faster than I expected and the whole time they were respectful and cleaned up after themselves every day. Easy to work with start to finish. Would definitely hire them again.

Had a great experience with prime. Needed to give our house some curb appeal so we decided to do stucco Santa Barbara finish. It’s been 2 years now they came back on the first year to fix the hairline and settlement cracks. And now it still looks great. My neighbors ended up hiring Prime Built Home Services for stucco work and decks.

Did a stone veneer finish on our Rancho Santa Fe home with Prime Built Home Services and really glad we found them.

we met with a few contractors before this and every single one just showed us pictures, none of them wanted to actually show us a real project in person. Prime was different, they literally drove us down the street and showed us work they had done and a project they were currently on. that alone told us a lot.

on the side of the house that does not show, they did a Santa Barbara smooth finish. at one point we noticed some hairline cracks and they came right back out and fixed it, no hassle at all. it has been over a year since and nothing has cracked again.

house turned out great, exactly the look we wanted. highly recommend them.

Great experience with Prime. We had to renew our stucco. Project manager Greg came by educated us (didn’t feel like salesman) which we really liked. Other contracting companies kept trying to upsell us on finishes and stuff we did not want. We just wanted simply sand finish. That’s what they delivered and quick turnaround time our house 2400 square feet they did in 8 days and also did work for no charge like replacers rotten wood that was underneath old stucco. We are very satisfied. Great Job Prime Built Home Service.
